Each university sets its own admission criteria.To be eligible for admission in Kazan Federal University, the applicant must:

Kazan Federal University Campus
KFU students can live on or off-campus. The university offers a variety of living facilities and comfortable apartments, including Universiade – 2013 Village dormitories with a capacity of 12000 living places. A medical center, drugstore, sports equipment rent station, copy center, laundry, beauty salon, cafeteria, and other facilities are available here. Accommodation Facility at KFU
Kazan Federal University is the only Russian higher education institution, which has enough housing units to accommodate all its students.
Accommodation is comfortable: room for 2-3 persons, 1 kitchen, 1 WC, and shower. Students cannot choose rooms. The number of rooms is limited, and, therefore, early applications will have a priority.
Family Stay: KFU offers family stays with host families that have been accommodating international students for many years now. The price is 20 000 Rubles for one month (room and breakfast). The price includes a separate room and breakfast.
